There will be no Saturday morning mat class Labor Day Weekend.
Tuesday and Thursday evening Beginner Group Mat classes will be changed to Monday and Wednesday 6:30pm beginning August 23rd. Beginner classes are a 6 class commitment allowing you to come once or twice a week. The cost for the 6 class card is $70. We encourage you to become consistent in your Pilates practice in order to advance and create good habits!
Tower classes are limited to four people and do require pre-registration. You can register in the studio or by email. A 24 -hour cancellation is required and there will be a wait list to cover cancellations. Following is the current class schedule for Tower Classes:
Monday: 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM
Additional classes will be added as needed.

Group Mat Class Schedule. All classes are on a drop in basis. However, clients are encouraged to register for a particular class to ensure growth and development as a group.
Classes are $15 per class or purchase a 90-day; 10-class punch card for $120.

Beginner Pilates :
For those new to the Pilates Method, this class will teach the basic fundamentals required for all Pilates movements. A great class to discover your “Powerhouse, improve flexibility and body alignment. Gather a group of friends and progress to the next level together!
Intermediate Pilates:
This is a challenging class for those who are experienced in the Pilates Method. The movements will be enhanced by incorporating the Magic Circle™ into the class. We will begin to add the advanced movements into the class as we progress.
Advanced Pilates:
This class will be added as the Pilates Loft client base develops. If you are interested in advancing your pilates level inquire about private sessions.
Pilates and Teen Esteem:
By registration. 6 week course designed with the teenager in mind. The class is one hour and length with an additional one half hour of open discussion of topics important to the teens attending the class.
Pilates Session on the Apparatus
Is an authentic workout emphasizing stretch, strength, energy and muscle control. With it's special emphasis on strengthening the abdominals and spinal muscles. A Pilates session using the specifically designed equipment is recognized as the best core stabilizing system. Schedule your appointment with either apprentices or Studio Owner,
Pilates Mat Class
Is a total body workout that targets the "Powerhouse" muscles, abs, thighs, hips and buttocks. Mat work usually involves a series of 30 to 50 different movements performed with minimum repetitions to gain maximum results.
Open Studio
Open Studio is available to The Pilates Loft clients who have completed their Initial Consultation Series including 5 private sessions. Clients may work out on a Reformer on their own for $30 an hour. Open Studio Reformers are available by appointment only and must be approved prior to scheduling.
While we believe that working with an instructor in a group or private session is always preferable, this Open Studio session is a great way to get in another workout during your week.
