As the kids begin heading back to school, we hear more and more clients saying "I can't believe summer is over." It is NOT OVER! Take this chance to to swim, play golf and whatever activity you enjoy outdoors. But, remember to hydrate as we are heading into the heat of August.
Eat fruit! Yes it is full of sugar but it is healthy sugar. The watermelon is ripe, avocados abundant, peaches, grapes and of course berries! Instead of a handful of chips, grab a handful of blueberries. My favorite thing about fruit (besides it's delicious) is that no two taste the same!
